This is a very strong TTT course,
I liked the scientific aspects of the course as instance the information about brain, neurons and how learning is built around this.
This is a general guide for any coach where boundaries are drawn, and the trainer/coach can fill in the gaps and the information he needs within his course to deliver.
One of the things that I learned and I like it a lot is the concept start at the future and come back to the base, it’s the same as start at the end of the mind concept that is taken from 7 habits of highly effective people book.
